20 gauge because I've grown so used to it, it'd feel wierd handling another gun then the one I'm used to.

I've guided my son to his first bird on Sunday. Now it's my turn. I've shot my last 5 birds with a Hoyt and now I think it's time to break out the recurve. I've been working on calling birds with the use of my mouth only. I think I'm ready if the birds are. If anything they'll get a good laugh when they hear me call.

Remington 11-87 with Winchester Supreme Turkey No.4 shot. H-S glass slate, owl and crow calls, 'gobbler grenade' on the barrel. I may try a .223 rifle later in the season to get a little more range.
