food and dont over hunt it i hunt my leases every other weekend and if you scout your pond and it only has a couple dozen on it just let it sit it will help your later season hunting. O and preditor managment is crucial set traps or call them buggars in just make sure ya do it legally. good luck

For the long term you need to be conscious of what the ducks need. All animals need food, water, shelter and cover. Think of ways to provide these attributes to make the pond more appealing. For the short term, try to hunt several different places so your one pond has some time to calm down. Ofcourse, don't forget your dekes and your calls.
