There is a lot of concern about winter kill of turkey in northern Michigan. We had long lasting deep snow and a very cold winter. Do the turkey populations seem okay in your areas?

Down my way the prolonged drought had put the wack on reproduction. This past fall I began to see more young birds than I have in the past 3 years. We had a little spring and summer rain and had rain in the fall this past year. We are really wet now thank goodness. I hope both trends continue!
