What Would you Pay for a used (but not abused) Savage Axis .223?

Me personally, $0. You'd have to give me one if you wanted me to have one, and it would have to have some sort of sentimental value if you wanted me to keep it.

That's just me though. Considering you can get a brand spanking new one for about $300, I probably wouldn't go above $225 maybe $250 with a decent scope and how much use, but that's probably generous.

$200 w/o a scope. $225 if its the scope originally sold on it. if an aftermarket scope...go up form $200 based of that.

I've bout this rifle in .223 and .243 for $200 and $225 respectively with the stock at a used retailer.

If its a private sale...maybe work with them to be at $180 or. if they were to trade it in or sell it to a used retailer they would;t get much more than that probably.

I was never a fan of these but when I went to college I couldn't keep buying the rifles I preferred...and i wasn't willing to just stop buying.

            Neither have let me down..
