    If you don't break the seal on it I have always been told it'll last forever as long as the primers are non corrosive. I have several of the cans buried in my yard right now.

      I was told the Czech ammo has mild corrosive primers so as to ensure ignition in sub zero weather. A lot of guys estimate 75 to 100 years in a sealed tin kept at cool temps.
