How do you sight in a red-dot scope?

Pretty much the same way one would sight a scope.
1. If you can sight down the bore from the rear, place the gun in a stable rest and "bore-sight" the red dot on a small target from around 100 yds. Center the target in the center of the ridle bore, and adjust the red dot accordingly. Adjustments will be backwards of what they are listed...don't worry about that.
2. Fire a round or two from 25 yards to get on paper. Make appropriate adjustments to get close at this range, but don't get too particular.
3. Move to 100 yards. Fire a benchrest shot, make sure it is on the paper. Fire two more. Find the center of the group, and adjust that to reflect the POI you are seeking in either the up-down or left-right axis. Do them separately, firing another three-round group to verify adjustment. Once you are adjusted both vertically and horizontally, you are finished.
