Remington brass, 165 Hornady Interlock SP over 45.5 grains of RL 15, Win LR primer @ 2,750 fps. Under 1.5" in a M700 and 2 different Savage 99's. Dandy 300 yard deer and elk load.

I second the varget recommendation. I keep mine a bit below max to help with case life.

Some loads i have used; IMR4064 44.0 165 rem pspcl and W748 46.4 165 rem pspcl. Reduce a few grains to start.
If i remember they both chronographed about 2680.

    Sarge01,
I use 165 grain nosler ballistic tips, 42.5 grains of H4895, and I get consistent 1" groups. Starting load should be 41.0 grains . Max load is 43.5 grains.
