    Seals are given a lot more freedom on choice of weapons, so it would be hard to say, and I doubt that type of tactical info will be released anytime soon. But any person targeted by these individuals better make his peace with the world, because they most defenitly train not to miss with whatever weapon they lay their hands upon.

    Yes, supposedly they used the AR-10 based SR-25's (Navy designation Mk. 11). The Navy tops these things with Leupolds! Although I wouldn't be surprised to see an upgrade to Nightforce.

    he most likely right my friends dad was a navy seal and thats what he said they used most of the time for stuff like this

    They were probably using Rem. Mod. 700s, modified with heavy barrels,and worked on by their master gunsmiths to their own specs. in .308/7.62mm(168gr.BTHP). Hope this helps.
