    You can take it apart with a screw driver, there are about 99,000 after market parts for it, and you will NOT wear one out. That and they are pretty good right out of the box.

      They are good guns but I'm not so sure about 'best'. The fact they have a million aftermarket parts and gizmos to dress them up make them unique.

          They are light are pretty accurate and look pretty cool when you have a 50 round banana clip in it.

            i agree with CPT BRAD,there are 99,000 gizmos you can put on them.

              They are great guns. They have been making them a long time now and still continue to make them. There will never be a time where you will not be able to find parts for a 10/22 either. After-markets parts are everywhere. Also they are very durable, and if you have one, it usually gets passed down to the kids.
