  • Cartridges I'd still like to own...

...although I'm not sure why? LOL!

    I want a Ruger No1 in .300 H&H Mag.
    I want a Ruger M77/22 Hornet.
    I want a Ruger No1 Int'l in 7×57.
I want (to build) another AR in 6.8mm Rem SPC II with a heavy barrel.
    I want a Marlin in .25-20 Win.
    I'd like a Savage in .250-3000.
A Ruger GP101 with the Crimson Grip laser sight.

I know there are others, I just can't remember!

You could get your Ruger and nostalgic cartridge fix about "all in one" with a #1A in .250 Savage.

    (no pun intended).

Lots of stuff I like, but I don't use what I have as much as I should, so "one of these and one of those"............just doesn't work for me now. Dunno if more wise, or lazy.

I do have a set list and should stick to it.
    Minimalist battery.

    A #1 in .243 would be nice.
    As would a new Python.
    And a decent 20 ga.

    That's about it.

Well, maybe an HK VP9 or Sig 365.

6.5 PRC is one I’m going to try this year , I like the exterior ballistics . Maybe a new 20 gauge not sure about that yet, mostly I’m going to try some new glass. Kahles or Night force for a 26 Nosler that I have.

Two rifles and some other, could get me a new Blackwidow recurve.
Sell my current one and a compound and that'd pay for half the Python.
Eh, proly end up running my old recurve and 760.
Not working weekend, they asked, am too sore with weather change.

            EGADS cd2!

My wife has a magnet on the 'fridge! "If the shoe fits, buy it in every golor!"

My magnet should say, "If it's a No1, buy it on every caliber!" LOL!

            Found a No1 at a gun show in .308 Win with a 3 digit S/N!
Told the guy if I sold enough, I'd take it!
It was just one of those weekends!
I didn't even make table money back!

I had a Ruger 77/22 Hornet and when I shot it looked like I was shooting a shotgun at the target. Sold it to an unsuspecting individual and bought a CZ 22 Hornet. With Winchester 42 Hollowpoints I can shoot 1/2 inch groups at 100 yards. Over the years I have not had good luck with Ruger rifles.

sarge01, friend up in north Texas had a Ruger M77/22 Hornet. That thing would shoot near cloverleafs at 100 yards.
Sometimes, I guess, you just get lucky!
                Sorry yours didn't work out.

I have never dumped a bad shooting gun off on another person.
                  Ever.
Sell with full disclosure, or trade back where it came from.

I told the guy it didn't shoot good enough for me but he still wanted the gun.
