I have a US Rock Island model 1903 in 30-06, it's topped with a Weaver scope that is stamped V9-1. It's a 3-9x40 with adjustable optic. The serial # is 128597. Can anyone tell me what it's worth?

If its in good shape, the scope is around $150. Based on the serial number, your receiver was made in 1906. The gun can fetch on the low end $500 and depending on whether you have the original sling and have USMC stamped on your front sight cover it can go as high as $1600.
