http://www.kk.org/cooltools/archives/002970.php Allows you to get Topographical maps for Google Earth.

http://nationalatlas.gov/printable.html Allows you to print free topographical maps

Also try searching for topo maps on google or yahoo. www.usgs.com has some mapping features, but it isn't free.

go to topomaps.com and go to free online maps, it's like a google earth thing but topo maps. my other link would be google maps and go to terrain feature on the side.
