My Knife, Steel 1 letter water bottle, and a flint. You can do a lot with just those three things, Fire, Food, water, Shelter. What more could you ask for, the bottle works as a water container and a pot to cook in. Flint for fire and the knife for everything else.

A bottle of scotch, another bottle of scotch and another bottle.
Your are going to need them to kill the pain and suffering you are going to experience.

Knife, stainless steel water bottle, map, compass and a lighter. I don't think I could survive with just three items.
