    I honestly think Mathews.. I've shot a few hours and I think their all talk, I also have a diamond and it shoots well but not that fast. Accuracy is all in the shooter, so I like fast bows... Can't get any better then the Mathews monster series.

    It's all about choice and performance, mathews does it for me. My son swears by bowtech. Go to a archery proshop and shoot several brands to find out what feels good to you. I think it does help to hear that this or that brand preforms well, but it comes down to what ever you feel comfortable shooting is what you should buy

    mathews hands down then pse, bow tech , high country ,hoyt bear the rest are good starter bows to discard latter but thats just my op not law if you shoot any bow your ok by me

    I don't want to start any wars here but I believe Hoyt is the best followed by Mathews. I hardly ever hear complaints about Hoyt yet I've heard a few about Mathews. Nonetheless both of these brands won't let you down and neither will bowtech, browning, PSE, Bear, etc. Almost all of it comes down to the time you're willing to dedicate to practice and getting yourself ready for the season.
