If you like the gun and plan to keep it don't reblue have it Cerakoted at Ultracoatingsinc. Click my username and go to page 3 of my photos. There is a pic of my Kimber Rifle that is Cerakoted. Costs about same as reblue, looks great and the gun absolutely will not rust inside or out. Your gun may not be worth big bucks to others but you are the one that counts. If you like the gun take care of it and keep it til it wears out. I have an old Remington of value to no one but me.

I wouldn't worry about a re-blue but Bichwood Casey Tru Oil makes a great and inexpensive kit for refinishing your stock.

All right, you guys were so helpful with my gun question yesterday, here's another one. I looked on Google but didn't find anything. I have a Montgomery Ward-Western Field Model SB 100B in 16gauge Cham-Full 2 3/4". I can't find any Serial #'s, anybody know anything about this gun.... what year made, how many in production. It's great for grouse, quail, and pheasant, and due to my being rough on it when I was alot younger, I need to/would like to get it re-blued and maybe refinish the stock and forearm. Is it worth it?

Welcome!
