Trout and Eggs with Cornbread muffins

Salt and pepper sprinkled on trout-bake in oven in a glass dish until flesh is flaky. Scramble up some eggs and make some cornbread muffins. Serve all three together. Best breakfast a man can have.

One time on a spring bear hunt in Alaska we caught a bunch of Dolly Varden trout. We gutted 'em, whacked off the heads and tails. Filled the inside with butter, chopped onions, mushrooms, salt and pepper. Wrapped in tinfoil and put 'em on the BBQ and those fish are still in my memory as one of the best fish feeds I've ever had.

gut it, fill the cavity wit lemons butter onions nd rap it in tin foil then put it on the grill till the eyes turn white or milky... dont cut the head or tail off first nd dont fillet it first or it doesnt work
