Interesting video, thanks for posting. That GoPro seemed to do well.

Thanks for sharing. It sucks that itโ€™s the last day to fish for trout for the season. At least you found a good spot for next year.

Great video! Love that little tight, winding creek.
Creeks that size here in Ok only hold crawfish, minnows and a few half dollar sized perch and bream.
There is a creek the state releases trout in every spring but they aren't wild. Catch 'em on corn, worms and salmon eggs.
Guess taste is relative. I grew up eating catfish, crappie and bass. Very firm fleshed fish. Trout are very fine fleshed. More than taste, I find trout too soft and mushy.

Honestly, I would not feel handicapped running a smooth bore shotgun for deer out to 125 yards or so. If I had to, it'd be the green/black camo old M500...

I've seen other threads and comments about putting see through or high rise mounts on a marlin 336 30/30. I understand that these mounts make for a change...

I had an 835. Older one. It worked fine.

Thanks for the heads up about RFC. I just require minute-of-squirrel accuracy and probably wouldn't fit in on that forum.
