Silver blade, and whatever color body.

In clear water try to throw a Rooster Tail that most closely matches the color and pattern of the bait-fish in the area, or the color of bait that the fish you are targeting are feeding on. In the clear water, the fish will be able to see colors more easily, and your bait should look as real as possible.

clear water, dark lure. I usually throw a white or yellow one, or something with some contrast. Try the link 2Poppa gave you

White and Silver, but it all depends on what the fish are biting.

I like a small sized firetiger in low, clear water. I know it sounds like it would be better suited to murky water, but I've had success.

A white with silver blade usually works best this time of year. Another good one to try is a black with some sort of dark tail. Or even a smaller sized wedding ring lure black can also knock them dead!

I would use a silver blade white body roostertail.
