    yes in WI we still can't fish them for another couple weeks.

    Yeah, and I hate it. Yesterday was our opening day, and great spots that have spent the last month closed to ALL fishing opened with swarms of fishermen and families, all using the same or similar bait as each other. most people get one or two, but its not good fishing. plus, because the place is stocked, everybody comes and takes their fill through the season, and VERY few trout make it to fatten up for next year. I was obviously among the teeminig masses.

    What exactly is a delayed harvest trout water. We have designated fly stream/rivers and sections were you can only use live bait but I've not heard of what you are saying.
