  • Has anyone tried the tactivite fish call?

Has anyone tried the tactibite fish call? I am interested in using it for inshore saltwater fishing. It seems that it would work, since it supposedly mimics the sound of a scared shrimp (much like a rattle or popper cork). Hoping to get some feedback before I make the purchase.

That should say tactibite not tactivite.

Santa is the expert on fishing tackle but have not heard from him in some time. He worked in the tackle business.

Never used one but to me its not worth 100 dollars. Remember stuff like this catches fisherman not fish. Just my 2 cents.

I have an aluminum boat and when fishing for walleye I play country music and the speakers put the sound right through the hull and the walleye come from all over to see what the noise is. Don't laugh if you have not tried it. I catch fish 1/4 mile from other boats that can't buy a fish - same bait.

I've used a couple of Vortex scopes. They aren't too bad, but they STILL ain't a "Leupold"!
