it actually works fairly well. The bloodworm flavor has proved to be the most effective, the others like clam and crab, not so much. It can depend on what ur fishin for. Spot and stripers pounce right on the bloodworm fishbites, and they never go bad.

"how do you use it?"
You cut a small piece of the material off, and put it on the hook. The white mesh helps keep it on the hook. If you are fishing for small fish like spot, just use a small little square of the Fish Bites. If you are surf fishing for king fish, spot and croaker, use a little longer piece.
