Fish in streams tend to hide in dark and or deep places. That is the place to start. Is there a log caught against a pillar? or an undercut bank? If you can see the bottom that is not a good spot.

Depends on the time of year and where the fish are holding.

Work all levels and all areas of the water you are fishing for the best results.

As they say, leave no stone unturned

It really is going to depend on what species you are fishing for, what time of the years and what time of the day.

Fishing Bridges is one of my favorite tactics for smallies. The rip rap they throw down there during construction makes great homes for crayfish and they are great food for the bass. And even in very small shallow rivers the ares around bridges are usually deeper and can hold some very nice fish.

All of it, though the bridge will provide structure and cover, so that would be the first place I would try.

Hit it all, but hit the cover hardest. Next to large rocks or beams.

sometimes it depends on the weather. on bright, sunny days fish will look for cover. if you are after bass, go for the cover first. a lot of fish will work the banks looking for baitfish usually in the morning or evening.

Body cam footage shows Floyd wasn't murdered. The cop kneeling on his neck might have been negligent, but his actions did not kill Floyd.
