I would go with a 1/16 or 1/8oz tiny trap or a mini bomber lure, there are a few other companies out there that make lures called "pond series" they are ultralight cranks and traps that work really well for crappie.
A shad pattern such a solid silver or a gold/black always work well for me when going after crappie.
