    Cool! I've been messing w/jigs want to start crankbaits though. Are you using balsa? Are you going to carve the bill or insert it? You can buy bills and screws to attach hooks, split rings, paint, etc online. There are also some good books online.

      I used green cedar, it's really easy to cut out and doesnt split. I cut out a bill from Lexan by Dupont, i just used a jig-saw and then sanded it down to final form, and i just bought screws with eyes from Home Depot and I'm going to attach split rings

        Get the book, "The Complete Book of Tackle Making" by C. Boyd Pfeiffer.
        It is an amazing text on how to make any kind of lure.
