    Well I got lucky from work and they are letting me have a 3 day weekend!! After work tomorrow I'm heading to northern WI to do a little ice fishing for 3 days! Hope there is enough ice to ride my 4-wheeler on. Have to come back and work on mon and tues than have 5 days off so gonna be heading back up there! So has any folks in MN or WI been out yet? I think I have just as fun fishing on the ice as I do in the summer! But hunting surpasses them both.

      Ive been out on the ice, it was about 4 inches two weeks ago I would guess it is around 7 inches on most lakes, good luck I will be looking for some crappies myself.

        I live in Northern MN and i heard that the lakes are around 7 or 8 inches of ice, i haven't gone fishing yet though.

          Not yet. It was decided to place it on the 2024 ballot, so it might or might not become law.
