which is better for catching bait a seine or a cast net? Why? Or is there something better than either one of those? why?

    Depends on the circumstance. For example if you have a small creek that your net will reach across it would be better to seine up that than throw a cast net in and scare everything in sight. Cast nets are best if you know where the bait fish are concentrated such as a spot on the shore, near a culvert or early in the morning when they are schooling. Neither are better than the other but like I said it depends on the circumstance. If you know where they are they are concentrated (and you have good aim) then a cast net but if you are unsure or have a nice narrow creek and some time then that's my choice, seine has tended to yield me bigger bait, but may just be a coincidence

    Don't capitalize law, because it was never based on solid legal ground. Justices said that 50 years ago but the Court looked the other way. Maybe a regulation...
