Sunset. Throw a weedless frog over Lilly pads and matted grass. Throw a spook in open water with standing timber or a spawning flat.

Sunset. I do best wit spoons and spinners and maybe a small crank square bill crank bait at dawn

Summer time late in the evening or early in the morning! I throw them in shallow water, along the bank, or around weeds and structure! good luck!

I like throwing them just after sun set and right in the weeds. The louder they are the better. As for the best? You'll have to ask someone else, because I am far from that.
