I like to pitch and flip Jigs with the skirt and crawdad trailer to spawning bass. my favorite type of heads are the ones with the flat bottom to make your trailer, In this case a crawdad, stand straight up with his claws flapping in the water. What is the correct term for these type of jigs? I call them shaky heads but im not sure that the ones with skirts are not called something else. It makes it hard to narrow your internet searches when you dont know the professional term

A bass on a spawn bed will hit a safety pin - he is defending the bed. I usually don't fish for them till later when they are off the beds.
