          i just got back from a good day of fishing try a 3 in. senko rigged like a worm with no weight it worked well.

            Try a tube or carolina rig a worm or lizard and fish slow.

                I agree with all of the above on lure selection. I would like to add a thought on location. I have had some success fishing cold sunny days by picking locations with rocks that are getting alot of sun. The rocks transfer heat from sunlight very well and on cold days even a slight increase in water temp can appeal to lethargic fish.

                    I like the senko's but my favorite is a 6" Gulp nightcrawler, rigged the same way NO WEIGHT. The Gulp is lighter, so it sinks slower.

                      By the way my favorite color to use is chartreuse, it just seems to make the Bass angry
